Welcome to an extra chance to work towards your ground tricks, flips, overall flexibility and core strength goals. Such tricks can include such skills as aerials, back or front handsprings, front or back tucks and much more. Coach Cortny will work with you towards better reliability, control and success in the skills you are trying to achieve or improve safely.
With dance or gymnastics recitals and competitions around the corner, we thought we would open up a drop-in slot for some last-minute improvement, polishing or increasing how comfortable your child feels in a skill. Feel free to jump into these drop-ins as well to simply learn new tricks for your own fun and development. Cortny can both keep you safe, know how to progress you and keep you working towards the next level of your trick.
