Parkour is the sport of moving along a route, trying to get around or through various obstacles in the quickest, safest, and most efficient manner possible, as by jumping, climbing, or running. It's a fusion of movement, jumps, climbing, swinging, rolling and twisting. 

This program aims to first make parents a bit less nervous at home as children climb onto or jump off of things as we teach them to safely fall, land and shift their momentum on day one. This class will allow the child to explore parkour environments and learn fundamental proprioceptive awareness and adaptable movement to prevent injury, increase momentum in movement and add some flare. 

This class does not require adult participation but we do advise you stick around just in case wyou are needed by your child.
