At TFA we use a variety of objects and apparatuses every class to target muscles that are often neglected. If you have been tempted to start one of our exciting programs but are unsure if you have the upper body strength and physical capability to do so, join us for this weekly workout!
We hear it all the time, "I would love to but I don't think I am strong enough or I have to go to the gym more first". This class will help you get stronger, more mobile/flexible and prepare you for the bodyweight training demands of our many other classes.
