What better way to end an evening with a relaxing hour of flight. We've scheduled this class to give time to finish family duties for some then enjoy some me-time.

Aerial Yoga is a fun new way to start or enhance your yoga practice. This class is great for beginners and experienced yogis. Amy, our certified Aerial Yoga Teacher, introduces a great mix of fun, fitness, and yoga. 

Aerial yoga is unique as the hammock supports you as you build strength and practice your poses. We work with gravity to increase conditioning and toning of the body and help deepen your stretches, all while providing less stress on your joints, muscles, and bones.

*No aerial experience required.
