Wall Yoga is a great way to learn yoga fundamentals and deepen your yoga practice and poses. This class is for anyone who enjoys trying new things and challenges. 

Amy, our certified Aerial Yoga Teacher, introduces a great mix of fun, fitness, and yoga.

Wall Yoga aids in stretching and strengthening muscles in poses that are not easily achieved on the mat. This workout blurs the line between physical yoga practice and acrobatics by incorporating yoga poses with wall and strap support. 

*No yoga or aerial experience required.
