This unique blend of aquatic and pole fitness brings the benefits of strength training with the power of water's resistance training. However the buoyancy also creates an environment that is much easier on the joints creating a low-impact workout with great physical benefits.
This stainless-steel pole attaches to a fiberglass base with suction cups that adhere to the pool bottom to allow participants to maneuver safely in class with little to no movement of the apparatus.
We have classes on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00PM, 6:15-7:15PM and 7:30-8:30PM.
This bootcamp is 6 weeks were the classes change up every week (Acquapole, Acquaboxing, Elastic Pole, TTR Revolution, Advanced Pole & AcquaCircuit).
Substitutions are allowed if you must miss a week and have a friend take your spot & remunerate you.
*No experience necessary. All fitness levels accommodated.
