We are excited to have our newest addition Coach Cortny offer this exciting program.
Joining a cheerleading squad can be an incredibly rewarding experience, both physically and mentally.
Not only does it provide an opportunity to stay active and fit, but it also offers a unique chance to be part of a close-knit team and showcase your skills and spirit.
Cheerleading requires strength, coordination and agility, making it a great way to improve your physical fitness while having fun.
Additionally, being part of a cheerleading squad allows you to develop valuable teamwork and communication skills, as you work together with your teammates to create exciting routines and support your school or community.
The energy and enthusiasm you bring to the sidelines can uplift and inspire both your team and the audience, creating an electric atmosphere that is hard to replicate elsewhere.
You will learn motions, jumps, tumbling, partnered & group stunts!
Attire would be indoor runners, tight clothing(nothing oversized for spotting & safety), hair up and out of face! Big bows welcomed!
For our 8-14 age groups, we hope to build and strong team and eventually expand into competitive opportunities!
